The Egyptian “Cairo News” channel reported that, for the second day in a row, the Egyptian humanitarian aid movement continues in front of the Rafah crossing, heading towards the Karam Abu Salem crossing; In preparation for entering the Gaza Strip.
She stated that Egyptian aid truck lined up in front of the Rafah crossing, and includes large loads of necessary relief materials, noting that these trucks carry huge quantities of flour, which is currently the most deficient commodity in Gaza, in addition to equipment for the restoration of infrastructure in the sector.
The channel pointed out that about 35,000 aid truck entered Gaza, since the beginning of the humanitarian crisis in the Strip.
In addition, the Office for Coordination of the Activities of the Israeli Government in the Palestinian Territories (Kogat) confirmed today that the tonnage of 120 aid truck was distributed in the Gaza Strip on Sunday.
“More than 120 trucks were received, and (what was inside) was distributed yesterday (Sunday) by the United Nations and international organizations,” the Israeli Ministry of Defense office said in a post on the X platform.

On Sunday, Israel announced a “tactical suspension” of its operations in some areas of Gaza to facilitate the distribution of aid in the devastating sector due to the continuous war in 21 months and where the population is starving.
And the World Health Organization warned yesterday that malnutrition in the Gaza Strip reached “levels that warn of danger”, noting that the “deliberate ban” of aid killed a lot and could have avoided it.
“The Gaza Strip is witnessing a serious malnutrition, which was characterized by a sharp rise in the number of deaths in July,” the organization added in a statement.

The organization indicated that among the 74 cases of registered death linked to malnutrition in 2025, 63 cases occurred in July, including 24 children under the age of five, another more than five years old and 38 adults.
“Most of these people were announced upon their arrival in health facilities, or they died after that, and their bodies appeared clear signs of severe wasting.”
She stressed that “it is still possible to avoid the crisis completely. Blessed and deliberate delay in the arrival of large -scale food, health and humanitarian aid led to heavy loss of life.

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees, UNRWA, warned that malnutrition among children under the age of five doubled between March and June (June) as a result of the continued siege.
