She added that «the continuous hostile actions reap the lives of people without mercy, while children are killed as a result of the lack of food, and the families are forced to frequent displacement in search of safety that does not exist.
She pointed out that 350 employees of the International Committee in Gaza are facing the same harsh conditions for food and clean water.
Spllaric stressed the need to end this tragedy immediately and decisively, stressing that any political hesitation or justification of the ongoing violations will be registered in history as a collective failure to maintain the minimum humanity in wartime.
The states demanded that their obligations under the Geneva Conventions, and to ensure respect for international humanitarian law, including the refusal to transfer weapons that may be used to commit severe violations, and work to compel the parties to the conflict to fully adhere to international humanitarian law.
It also called for the resumption of the arrival of humanitarian aid to various parts of the Gaza Strip urgently, without obstacles or discrimination, and the release of all the remaining hostages, and allowing the International Committee to resume its visits to Palestinian detainees in Israeli detention places.
