The Sudanese “Establishing” coalition is a presidential council headed by “Hamidati”
The “Faculty of the Sudan Coalition (Establishment) announced the formation of a” presidential council “from 15 members, headed by the commander of the” Rapid Support Forces “, Muhammad Hamdan Daglo (Hamidati), and the head of the SPLM, Abdel Aziz Adam Al -Helou, as Vice -President, and assigned a former member of the Sovereign Council, Muhammad Al -Hassan Al -Tayshi, the presidency of the government, which was called the” Transitional Peace Government “, which will manage the affairs of the country (according to the decisions of the Presidential Council) It is controlled by the “Rapid Support Forces” in the states of Darfur in particular. The Council divided Sudan into 8 regions, namely: Northern, East, Central, Darfur, Kordofan and South Kordofan/ Nuba Mountains, Fung and Khartoum.
A spokesman for the “Establish” coalition, Aladdin Naqda, said at a press conference held in the city of Nyala, present of South Darfur State, on Saturday, that the leadership body of the Founding Sudan coalition formed a “presidential council” (similar to the Sovereign Council) of 15 members, including the rulers of the eight regions.

The Presidential Council is a sovereign council, similar to the Transitional Sovereignty Council, which was agreed upon after the popular revolution that overthrew the government of Omar al -Bashir, and is formed, according to the spokesman for the “founding” coalition, which represents the political reference of the government, from both: Al -Taher Abu Bakr Hajar, Muhammad Yusef Ahmed Al -Mustafa, Hamid Hamdin Al -Nuwairi, Abdullah Ibrahim Abbas, and Mrs. Darfur Al -Hadi Idris, the ruler of the South Kordofan region (the mountains of Nubia), Jaqz al -Makuar Merada, the ruler of the new Fung region, Joseph Tika, the ruler of the middle region, Saleh Issa Abdullah, the ruler of the eastern region, Mabrouk Mubarak Salim, the ruler of the northern region Abu al -Qasim al -Rashid Ahmed, the ruler of Khartoum Faris al -Nur, and the ruler of the Kordofan region Hamad Muhammad Hamid.
Naqda explained that the Presidential Council chose the former member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Mohamed Hassan Al -Tabeishi, to be the head of the government of the “transitional peace government”, and said that the leadership body of the coalition headed by “Hamidati” will continue to discuss the rest of the issues in the agenda of its agenda.

He described the nomination of the Presidential Council as a “historic achievement”, and said that the Alliance Authority congratulated “the Sudanese peoples that have remained and are still being tired of the brightness of the grinding wars for decades”, reaffirming the construction of a homeland “everyone can, secular, democratic, uncovered, voluntary unified, based on the foundations of freedom, peace, justice and equality.”
The “founding” coalition was established in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi, on February 22, from the “Rapid Support Forces”, armed movements, political parties and civil forces, most notably: “The SPLM”, led by Abdel Aziz El Helou, whose forces control areas in southern Kordofan and Nuba Mountains, and the “Revolutionary Front” that includes a number of armed movements in Darfur, and wings from my party “The Nation” and the “Democratic Federal”, in addition to independent personalities.

The coalition members agreed to a political declaration and a transitional constitution that stipulated a democratic secular confederation, and Sudan was divided into eight administrative regions, in addition to forming a government for all Sudan, and not for the areas of control of the “Rapid Support Forces” alone. Sources that spoke to Asharq Al -Awsat said that the aim of forming the government is to persuade the countries of the region before the international community to recognize it, and in order to obtain internal popular support.
