The mayor of New York Eric Adams said on Tuesday that the gunman who shot at Manhattan’s administrative offices has left a message that he appears to be holding the US Football League management responsible for a brain injury to him.
Adams added, in an interview with the CBS network: “He left a note … in which he indicated that he feels that he has chronic cerebral illness, a brain injury known to those who practice sports with physical friction … and it seems that he is holding the US Football League management responsible for his injury.”
The armed men, Shin Tamura, 27, ended the random fire that he had informed, on Monday evening, by shooting himself in the Sadr area on the 33rd floor of the skyscraper, Park Avenue, which includes the headquarters of the American Football League Federation.

Adams said: “The initial investigation shows that the gunman took the wrong elevator, and instead of reaching the union headquarters, it ended in the Rodin Management Company that owns the building in 345 Park Avenue.”
Adams said, on Tuesday, that the gunman who killed 4 people in Manhattan “was targeting the headquarters of the American National Football Association, but he resigned a mistake.”
Adams said, in interviews on Tuesday, that the investigators believed that the gunman, who was identified by the authorities as Shin Tamura from Las Vegas, was trying to reach the association’s offices after shooting several people in the lobby of the building, but he accidentally entered into the wrong elevators group.

Tamura killed 4 people, including a New York police individual outside his work times.
The shooting occurred in a skyscraper, which includes the headquarters of both the American Football Association and the Blackstone, which is one of the largest investment companies in the world, in addition to other tenants.
New York City Police Commissioner, Jessica Tish, said Tamura has a “documented record of psychological health problems”, but the motivation behind the attack is still unknown yet.
The police also indicated that a note found on his body revealed that he was carrying a grudge against the National Football League; Because of a non -proven claim that he was suffering from chronic brain inflammation.
Tamura played American high school in California, about two decades ago.
